We charge exact shipping fees for all items plus packaging materials if necessary. Not all items need packaging, so generally shipping will be only the cost of postage. All items will be shipped with delivery confirmation at buyers expense, this guarantees proof of delivery for all items.

Depending on what is being shipped, a scrapbook album can be sent USPS media mail, but other items not considered media can be sent first class, or parcel post, or priority mail.

All items are custom handmade, we put 100% into everything we do. You can expect a quality item from us every time. Check the item descriptions for more information regarding materials used.

If you purchase an item featured in our store, the item is refundable if the buyer ships back the items purchased, the buyer will pay the shipping expenses to and from, and will be refunded the actual cost of the item. If you desire a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items and schedule a shipment back to us right away. Items must be received w/o damage within 7 business days. We can not offer exchanges because most of our items are one of a kind and there is not typically another item to exchange it with.

We will take USPS money orders and PayPal.

Yes, we accept custom orders.

Since 1991, I have had a huge passion for the arts and crafts. I have done numerous craft shows, and have been selling items online through different venues.

Depending on what your looking for or want- here is what I can do: If you want a custom album made, you can tell me what your looking for, I will pull materials and email you for approval. If you want a custom scarf or hat made, but I don't have the materials your interested in, your more than welcome to go purchase them, mail them to me and I will put together the items in wish you want. Custom orders such as this are not entitled to any refund. All custom orders must be paid for at the time the order is placed.
